Welcome to my Chinese restaurant

When I was in class tonight, all I could think about was FOOD! I was starving! And I even ate some crackers before coming to class.  I feel like days I strength train, I am more hungry.  Does this happen to anyone else?

So I was craving chinese food sooo bad! As soon as I came in the door, I played with Izzy for 30 seconds, peed and then starting cooking ASAP! 

I cooked some chicken, cut it up into bite sized pieces.  Added broccoli, ginger, lite soy sauce, garlic, peanut butter and spinach + splash of water- BAM! Smells like Taylor’s Chinese Restaurant :)

IMG_3445And while I was busy being Emeril, my toaster was toasting my veggie egg roll.  I love Chung’s brand!  It’s only 160 calories even with the duck sauce, YUM-o!

So off to some dessert…… I’m thinking some yummy graham crackers and marshmallows.  Then a bubble bath…….. 

Ahhh, off to relax!

  1. Mmm I love making Chinese meals! TJ’s has a veggie egg roll for only 110 calories if you’re interested! It’s good!!
