Goodmorning!
I woke up hungry this morning! I don’t know what is my deal, I have been hungrier the past 2 days than usual. I drank some water as soon as I woke up and then started on to some breakfast.
I whipped out my batter blaster again this morning- I love this thing, I’m officially obsessed with this thing! I just made some regular pancakes with sugar free syrup with a 1/2 a naner on the side.
Then I ended up going back for the other half with some pb. I think I need to incorporate carbs and protein into my breakfasts, it just gives me more energy. Also it keeps me more full longer.
I am off to do my 30 min. abs and arms Physique 57 workout, then run a mile. I’m going to see how fast I can run it.
Then, I’m going to lunch at 12:30 at Mcalister’s Deli. I love this place! After lunch I’m getting a spray tan, then cleaning, then getting an idea what to pack for the keys, then class, then dinner, then BED!

haha, yes! But I’m not around this time of the month.
Happy hump day. I think if you get proteins in your breakfast helps keep y0u fuller for longer, that’s why I love my eggs for breakfast.
I love spray tans!!!! I think they are the best. I always feel about 1390482034 times better about myself after I get one.
